I am on disability and am 60 years old..... on Medicare and receive special help with medications...I need to sell my house because of health. Will I lose this help due to money from sale?

66 yr female w/pulmonary hyper tension/congestive heart failure. On oxygen 24/7. Needs assistance around the house. She is able to do most things but the nurse states someone should be there. Looking for someone to come over to the house for a few hours a couple times during the week.
