Elder Care Jobs seeking live out availability

I am a 79-year-old gentleman living in Markham, Ontario near McCowan & Bur Oak. Following a recent heart procedure and medication adjustments, I am currently stable, mobile, and independent in many daily activities. However, I am now looking for reliable support and companionship to help maintain a safe, organized, and comfortable lifestyle. The ideal person is calm, dependable, organized, and comfortable assisting an older adult with day-to-day living and occasional health-related situations. Typical responsibilities may include: • Driving to doctor’s appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and occasionally the hospital if needed. Therefore you must hold a valid drivers license • Light housekeeping, tidying, laundry, dishwashing, and helping maintain an organized home • Preparing simple meals inspired by European, Mediterranean, French, Italian, Greek, or Middle Eastern cooking styles • Assisting with basic household organization and routines • Providing companionship and general support throughout the day It would be a strong advantage if you are comfortable with: • Basic computer use • Windows 11 and Microsoft Office • Internet searches and simple online research • Calm communication during urgent situations if emergency services are ever needed Schedule: Typically 6 hours per day, 4–5 days per week. Occasionally, longer daytime coverage may be needed during certain health situations. Overnight nursing coverage would already be arranged separately.
