Elder Care Jobs in Southfield, Michigan, USA including dementia

I need a private duty nurse to help my paralyzed dad with wound care (from pressure wounds), toiletry/bathing issues, and changing bedsheets. Twice a day, approximately one hour each visit. Early morning and late evening visitations. Seven days a week. I do have a friendly dog in the house so I would prefer someone who is not afraid of or allergic to dogs.
