I have recently retired after 42 years as an elementary (mostly Kindergarten) teacher. I feel that my years of experience teaching children proves that I have the intelligence and patience necessary to provide companionship. to someone who both needs and desires it. I have had elderly friends since I was a young woman and have always felt the utmost respect and empathy for these friends. I've enjoyed my time with them. and I always look forward to our get togethers. As a companion, I could read, play games, go on walks, provide transportation for shopping, lunches, movies, or other outings. I would like to be a friend.
