Elder Care in Claremont, North Carolina

Although I do not possess a CNA, I have numerous years of assisting family members. I helped my great Aunt who had emphysema with her oxygen usage, hygiene, house cleaning and companionship. I assisted my grandmother with her footcare, housekeeping, doctors appointments and companionship. My husband fell off a roof and broke both of his legs and was confined to a wheelchair for about a year. Being his sole caregiver, I helped him in all aspects of everyday life while being a full time mother and holding down a full time job. When my father became sick with cancer, I moved in with him and my mom so someone would be with him 24/7. I would take him to dialysis, doctor appointments, helped him with his oxygen, hygiene, read the bible to him and provided companionship until he passed away in 2007. I truely enjoy assisting those who are no longer able to do it all themselves.
