I worked as volunteer for some months in Montreal in a Hospital in NDG taking care / looking after elderly and I loved that job, to be able to help, to learn from them and to be part of their life and help them to have funny and nice days. Even when some time is not easy to face some changes related to getting older or with some illnesses I tried to do my best to help them to feel helpful and happy. My work was to encourage them to participate in some games, to chat with them, lo listen them and reading to them, to create new useful and creative games to make them feel interested in keepling busy and active. Take them in their wheelchairs, or help during their lunch hours, help them to walk with his walkers, etc. - I have a reference from that volunteering job -
