I highly recommend Darchelle. She is a very knowledgeable eldercare provider, and I felt a great deal of confidence entrusting my mother’s care to her. She is hardworking and responsible and doesn’t leave any tasks for someone else to complete. She not only provided excellent physical care but also did wonders for my mother’s emotional well-being. Darchelle G is an amazing caregiver. She has a huge heart and it shows every minute with the care and compassion she gave my Mom. She is also very knowledgeable and observant, so she was able to tell (with the most subtle signs) when something different was wrong with my mom and we needed to take her to the doctor or urgent care -- and Darchelle's analysis always turned out to be right! On a few occasions, we had to have a different caregiver. They were OK, but none of them had that "certain something" that Darchelle has! We hated to lose Darchelle when Mom finally had to move into assisted living. But even during the move and transition, Darchelle was there to support Mom and help us all handle the big change. There really aren't enough words to describe how loving and professional Darchelle is. To our family, she is a real treasure.
