cared of 86 yrs old man with alzshiemers,assist on aspect of ADL,pericared and diaper change,giving medications,transfering from bed to wheelchair,feeding.cared of 90 yrs lady with hip replacement.assist on ADL,remaind medication,companionship.caredof 86 lady with stroke and half paralyze.Assist on all aspect of ADL,feeding using G-tube,giving medication by tube,monitor vital signs,transferring from bed to wheelchair both manually and by ceiling lift.
