Elder Care in Chicago, Illinois

I work full-time during the school year as a case manager, where I oversee the special education department, at a CPS elementary school on the north side of the city. I am also attending graduate school part-time, on the path to become a clinical mental health counselor. I currently have increased availability this summer, since I'm off, to support a senior in need! I have experience in volunteering with the elderly through community organizations, where I have supported seniors with friendship, light housework and cooking, support in using technology, and errands as needed. I am comfortable with supporting those in need with basic healthcare (i.e. prompting and reminders to take medication), along with providing companionship.
