Elder Care in Modesto, California

I am semi retired. I owned a 17k sq ft health club in Modesto Ca. I worked with hundreds if not thousands of people in 26 yrs of owning a full service health club. I would live to train seniors in strength training, stretching, lite cooking healthy. 3 to 4 hours 2 to 3 days a week. I am very good at what I do. I am also a Notary, so I have a back ground check on me every 4 yrs. I am also bonded for notary. I am very honest and have reccomendations from local doctors. We sold our club 2 yrs ago and I am ready to go out and help seniors become stronger and safer. I have more experience than a twenty or 30 something year old when it come to strength training seniors. Very different training style.
