Elder Care Job in Chateauguay, Quebec

I hope you are having a good day. We are looking to find elder care and Medication Administration for my 90 year old father. My parents have been approved for a program from the CLSC providing subsidized care for 30 hrs/ week allocated to them at $13.75/hr. We are desperately looking for care Asap as I go back to ful time work in the week of the 4 of March .We are looking for a caregiver at 13.75(day/evening)-15$( night) . We are looking for the night from 11pm-7am, morning 9am -1pm, 4pm-9pm these times may be adjusted as time goes by and test out how the day goes. . My father has advanced Alzheimer's, advanced Kidney disease, walks using his walker but at times we transport him in a wheelchair whenever ge feels week. He his fragile and cognitively declining slowly. He is totally dependant on his care, hygiene, meds, bathing, changing diapers , feeding( only nutritional supplements, drinks water both thickened because of his dysfagia . I am returning back to work on March 4th and therefore need to hire ASAP
