My name is Shelbie Perez, I’ve been in the healthcare field since 2012. I have experience In multiple facets of medical, social and emotional needs of ones well being. I continued my journey landing in home care. I have worked in home health, rehab, memory care as well as found my passion to be in end of life care providing hospice care. I spent my last 9 yrs in hospice and palliative care. I can truly empathize on the importance of care within their home. There are so many preventives that can be managed. I feel this is my purpose. I love nothing more than to be able to assist and care for someone in need while allowing the family/loved one peace of mind! I am a true advocate for those I have the honor to serve.
