Hi, my name is Stephanie and I have recently relocated to Middleburg Florida with my family. I’m 31 years old and have over six years experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in a skilled nursing facility. I am able to assist with bathing/ dressing, medication management, housekeeping, safe transfers, light exercise ( based on needs), meal preparation and companionship. I am CPR certified and have reliable transportation. I am available early mornings and all day weekends.
Description of Skills:
I will take care of physical therapy, dressing and wounds, and hospice care. I have personal transportation available. I have extensive experience.
