Description: Hello my name is CHERI. I'm interviewing for a home health aide job opportunity in Sacramento, California. I was a caregiver for Cheryl who was a registered nurse in the military and then worked for UCD as an emergency nurse until she could no longer work due to her M.S. For the last 12 years i was her caregiver and i have been running a household. I have been doing all the shopping, Dr. and Dentist Apts..... ordering medical supplies online or thru a pharmacy. I have been taking care of the yards, the car, the dogs and taking care of all cheryl's Daily medical needs. She was not able to feed herself or drink by herself so all that was done by me on a daily basis. i took time off and have been working for a wonderful family in Davis, Ca for the last almost 2 years taking care of their mother, grandmother and the job ended. I have a wonderful letter of recommendation from the family. Services And Training: I'am very well trained in Sterile procedures and wound care... I have tube fed, worked with colostomy bags and Supra Pubic Catheter care..i understand CPAP machines and how they are cleaned etc... I also have done companion care .. Further, I have a drivers license and own a small Toyota Scion IQ.... I have well over 10 years of experience and great references and have my background papers which i can bring to my interview. My background papers were ran by the family in Davis. They went thru the company that runs all their checks on their other employees, They are business owners in Davis.
