My name is Amanda, I am a nursing student who would love the chance to work with families/seniors and provide care while maintaining pride and independence! I have 5 years of experience working with children/families as well I have spent the past year working in a hospital primarily with palliative patients who were diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's, the rest of the time I was working with patients in rehabilitation focusing on keeping them safe while allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible. My certifications/qualifications include; CPR/First Aid level AED, I have graduated high school, college, and am now currently enrolled in University for nursing. I am certified as a Personal Support Worker, I have a current police background check in the vulnerable sector, and I am up-to-date on all immunizations! I charge $17/hour which includes personal care as well as cooking and household cleaning when possible! I am open to negotiating.
