I have over twenty years of experience, doing mainly private duty cases but have filled in at nursing homes, hospitals, and hospice. I treat my client like they are my family. I have excellent personal and work references, a level 2 back ground clearance, and a clean driving record. The following is some of the duties that i do on a daily basis, for your loved one. Complete all daily living tasks to enhance quality of life of the client • Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to client’s needs, and preferences. • Set up medication, and ensured clients receive their medication on time. • Do necessary housekeeping, maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment. • Transport clients to appointments, shopping, errands, etc. • Assist with ambulatory needs, physical therapy, and exercises to keep patients as mobile as possible. Aid with personal care, incontinence, skin care, nails, hair, shaving, dressing, etc. • Help with managing household expenses, under the direction of family. • Inform the clients family, physicians of any problems, changes or concerns. • Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency. • Focus on reducing the risk of accidents and encourage independence at home living. • Provide emotional support, companionship, comfort, and friendship, and laughter!
