To join the Cascade Companion Care team you must be punctual, dependable, and drug-free, and you must have excellent references and an insured, reliable vehicle. Applicants should possess a CNA or HCA credential, or be prepared to enroll in the HCA program upon hiring, or provide documentation of exemption. Applicants should also be able to perform competently the physical requirements of this job including but not limited to; standing, walking, concentrating, climbing stairs, bending, pulling, reaching, lifting (at least 40 pounds), squatting, twisting, pushing.
