Elder Care Job in Montreal, Quebec

My 75 year old mother, lives alone in montreal and she has diabetes and hypertension, other wise in good health and independant. I would like a care giver to visit her 1-2 times a week, check her sugar and blood pressure, and accompany her with her doctor visits.
