Elder Care Job in Oyster Bay, New York

I am a married 53 year-old woman. I am a good-spirited wheelchair user, 125 pounds. I require someone to help stand me up from the wheelchair, pivot, and sit me down, for example, getting into a car, and transferring into a hair washing station at the beauty parlor. I have a method that I do with my best friend. She is shorter than me and weighs a little more than I do, but she is strong enough to help me - we go everywhere! Also, at times that are hard for me to predict, I need help being taken to the bathroom for #2. And then clean up. These times cannot be scheduled, just agreed on the day before. For that specific task, I would pay double time. I am healthy and flexible. I am easy to get along with. I would like someone who lives close to Oyster Bay, Maybe 20 minutes to a half an hour away.
