They must be flexible in hours, will have your own bedroom, extra room, bathroom, internet, TV... Prefer someone already here in Canada and with the Live in Care Program.... work permit, . It is easier to discuss once we interview someone.
for elderly lady in wheelchair, requires live in care as she cannot walk or feed herself, we have all the equipment for her care and my father is of help 24/7...
