I've spent 20 years working in the medical field. The last 10 years has mainly been centered around private home health care and companionship. My experience in this area ranges from post surgical care to Alzheimer's and Dementia. I'm CPR and AED certified, BLS and First Aid Trained. Competent and capable of handling most medical necessities as long as full medical history is disclosed. Transportation to and from all doctor visits, while maintaining extensive notes. Provides both mental and physical support to all individuals involved. Strong believer in maintaining case interest in outside hobbies and activities and will take part in and aid activities as well if it helps the individuals stay engaged. Cooking and light cleaning is of no issue. Encouragement and if needed assistance with personal hygiene. Believe that daily outings and activities are a crucial part to a healthy lifestyle.
