Elder Care Job in Dublin, Ohio

We are seeking qualified Care Providers to join our agency. We need caregivers/companions and home health aides to join our team. We want nursing students, interns, retirees, super moms, anyone that wants to help others in their homes and/or in transitional facilities for a few hours at a time to full time or live-in work. We are looking for caring and compassionate people that want meaningful work and are motivated to help elderly and others that need assistance in their homes. Qualifications * Motivation and desire to help and support others in their homes with companionship, home care/housekeeping tasks, meal preparation and/or personal care assistance as well as maintain safety in the home or, assist with our transitional care from facilities back to home * Previous experience preferred as caregiver, homemaker or home health aide * High school diploma or GED preferred * Desire to work with seniors and others with disabilities * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to communicate with clients, families and emergency personnel * HHA's must have certification from licensed school or program or satisfactory completion of written test * Must have a valid driver license, insured automobile, must pass background and BMV checks, must complete the Caregiver Quality Assurance assessment and, read, write, understand and speak English as needed for the job.
