Hi there, A pleasant day!I am seeking for job as caregiver.I have 7 years working experience as caregiver for seniors.I have a caregiver certificate including CPR and first aid.Its my pleasure to give an assistance and care to those who are in needs of support in daily activities.Currently, I am working as a chef in a fast food chain.I can understand that my education is not a medical degree but I do possess qualities that most employers are giving preference.I am kind,trustworthy,honest,self motivated,self reliance,loving,caring,compassionate,patient,hard working,and with sense of humor. Kind regards, Janette Taking care of elder people is an overwhelming experience you will learned a lot from their daily behavior and tantrums as well.Its a great honor and pleasure because I gain a lot of confidence and motivation as well.I took care of a 100 years old women with Alzheimer disease then lately became bedridden after the operation from the left leg..... duties and responsibilities includes bathing,assisting to the comfort room from bed to wheelchair ,assisting to change clothes and changing diaper.Giving medication, food preparation, cooking, shopping for supplies and food,assisting for check up in the clinic,accompanying her in the exercises and daily program like watching movies and listening to piano in the auditorium ,changing linen and washing the laundry too..... includes sometimes household chores. My second job was a lady also with dementia,thyroid problem, severe liver disease and heart problem.Then lately became bedridden too..... duties are giving giving medication,changing diapers,assisting in the washroom,bathing,changing clothes,applying cream all over the body,cooking,shopping for supplies and food,accompanying her in the clinic and hospital,food preparation,accompanying her in daily activities such as watching movies, making arts like drawing and painting.
