Hello! I\'m Brooklynn A. Nelson. I briefly described why I enjoy taking care of my elders in the previous sections. I wholeheartedly believe that the most wise people in the world deserve the best care and companionship that they can get. It is not always easy to find the correct care for our grandparents or parents. It\'s also hard to leave them in large homes for the elderly for fear that they will be neglected. I am willing to obtain any certifications that you request so that I may provide better care to your loved ones. I truly want to find a family that believes I am the right fit to care for their family member or friend. I was responsible for his care which included meals, making sure he got to sleep, took his medications, and memory exercises. My great grandfather suffered from Parkinsons, and I was responsible for feeding him and helping him once his leg was amputated. I truly miss my grandfather and the smile he had on his face while I spent time taking care of him. There is no better opportunity than taking care of an elder. They hold so much wisdom and I cherish moments that I learn from my elders and the wonderful time that we can spend together. I don't just want to be someone's caregiver, but to provide joy and friendship.
