Well i have experience in long term care,hospital setting ,community and home setting and my duties were to get the residents up and dress plus personal care if needed before breakfast. When we get in the feeding room the residents have special feeding plans which the psw's must follow after breakfast the residents go for toileting and a nap till lunch time. After lunch we do activties and have snack plus personal care and nap to follow.
