Elder Care in Conroe, Texas

Actually, I am working for Conroe Synergy Home Care at client’s home since September this year. I had worked such as caregiver in a Senior Living (classification B) for 12 hours shift, 4 or 5 times per week. My first experience is my son with special needs and degenerative syndrome, now for 15 years, and he is 16 years old. I am his primary care for his whole file, he has dementia, autism, mental disease, seizures uncontrolled and low immunity. I work with him and some others as a volunteer or as an assistance in children’s hospital, and also with disables/illness and sick seniors in Brazil; I took care my mom and grandmother until they passed way. Experience in US: - Home Care at Synergy Home Care – Conroe, TX (Sep/2017 to date) - Caregiver/Housekeeping/Cooker/Manager assistant as Stagecoach Senior Living – Magnolia, TX (April/2017 – October/2017) - Caregiver to son’s Esdras and Karla Cantao family for 6 months doing attendance to a guy 31 years old bipolar right level and behavior’s problems (Set/2016 – Feb/2017). - Watch a baby is 2 ½ months to give his family (Richard and Holly Mark) some space to go do them things. (Feb/2017 to present) - Babysitter and Mom’s hands at La Torrenta Resort (Company: Nannies of the Woodlands) to the Steve and Elize Orfali to enjoy them vacation in Texas (kids with 10 months, 3 and 5 years old). (April/2017) Aide Skills: - All CNA Skills including below: - Provide all medications in correct time; - Shower and bath in bed (if required); - Cooking and Feeding; - Clearing the bedroom; - Changing dippers; - Brush and floss in teeth; - Putting skin creams and put on/off clothes; - Insulin administration; - Painting and cleaning hair; - Wash clothes with special care; - Taking care pets (if required); - Measure Blood sugar level; - Injections; - Measure Blood pressure; - Tub feeding; - Daily Medication Administration for the residents/patient. - Transition; - Nails; - Driving; - Making purchase in groceries stores; - Doing the company for every event; - Wheelchair /PROM/APROM/AAPROM; - Light Houseclean; - Reading and writing; - Some skills in personal computer to help the person; - Overnight (if required); - Nanny; - Babysitter.
