Hello I am currently seeking a position as home care aide/employment with private party or agency to provide personal care to a person requiring at home assistance. In addition, performing other duties as necessary on the job. Summary of Skills: • Excellent knowledge in personal home care assistance • Skilled in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment • Able to do home duties such as cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, laundry, etc. • Compassionate, tolerant and friendly nature • Can run errands and offer company to the person requiring care for shopping, and doctor's appointments • Highly organized to follow the assigned tasks as required by the person receiving care (or hiring party) • Highly experienced with personal care requirements. Work Experience: 5 Years experience as Home Care Aide • Following care plans with attention to detail and record keeping in accordance with plans • Assisting persons receiving care in completing daily routine tasks such as toileting, brushing, bathing, and dressing • Assisting with ambulating, eating, and physical transfer • Preparing and feeding meals to the patient and assisting in exercising • Vacuumed, dusted, and organized washing dishes • Having conversations and discussion about various topics with, as well as reading to, the person cared for. • Accompanied person cared for to the grocery store, post office and doctor's appointments • Documenting daily activities of the person care for and promoted positive feelings and environment In addition, I would like to state that I am COVID free and live isolated and adhere to CDC and further restrictive guidelines, to protect others and myself. Therefore, I require that the person that I work for follow the same conduct during this pandemic. I may request a negative Covid test from the person I will be working with as well as inquire about the person's contact relations. I also offer this in return.
