Looking for workers to work with Special Needs Adults and Children Stepping Into L.I.F.E. Inc www.....ca RESPONSIBILITIES: • Follow the client’s personalized care plan by verbally assisting with activities of daily living • Verbal prompts to Assist with personal hygiene • Verbal Medication Reminders • Provide companionship and conversation • Verbal prompts, some assistance with housekeeping of client’s apartment • Always meet the safety needs of the client – masks/gloves/sanitizer, provided • Complete written documentation on a shift-to-shift basis QUALIFICATIONS: • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within 6 months) • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to work independently • Must be double Vaccinated Job Type: Respite/Community Aide/DBA Services/ 24hr Overnight Care Hours/Days are Negotiated directly with the families we Service Must provide following documentation at time of Interview: • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (within 6 months) • Current CPR Certificate • Emergency Contact • References • Proof of Vaccination
