I am a licensed Physical Therapist who s worked primarily in home care with geriatric clients for 20 years. Prior to home care, I worked in 3 major acute care hospitals. I have a wealth of clinical/personal experience to offer. I ve worked with many clients with varied health issues. I m caring, empathetic, dedicated and compassionate in caring for my clients as well as reliable/responsible. My experience is extensive both professionally and personally. For 4 years, my elderly aunt lived with me and had advanced stage Alzheimer s. I provided full time live-in care for her. I was caregiver to my elderly parents providing 24-hour care for my father when receiving hospice care at home. I took care of my elderly mom after his passing. Professionally, I most recently worked as senior caregiver/companion to a 72 year-old woman with severe Parkinson’s disease. I find working with seniors to be very rewarding. I would be an asset as a caregiver to anyone seeking these services.
