Elder Care Job in Lincoln City, Oregon

Overview: Hey my name is Kathryn. I'm looking to employ a companion and household carer for my active but aging parents who live in Lincoln City, Oregon. I plan to hire a kind, reliable and hardworking person who has part-time availability- we are flexible on hours but ideally it would be 3-4 hours per day, at least 5 days a week. Services And Training: My parents require help with household tasks such as light housekeeping and cooking, grocery shopping and errands, driving my dad to coffee with friends, etc. In addition my father needs help after his surgery with rehab (shoulder) administering medication, and bathing. This is also to give my mom respite during his rehab. You will need personal transportation available. Our ideal applicant would have a positive attitude and previous experience to know you enjoy this type of work. Some physical therapy experience would be a bonus and my parents would want someone who’s young at heart. Additional Availability: We have flexibility if you do.
