My name is Candace, I'm a 25 year old college graduate looking for full time work. I attended and graduated from Mohawk College in the Child and Youth Worker program. I have 8 years experience working with infants, children, youth and elderly. I have worked in many facilities such as group homes, daycares, foster homes, retirement centers, schools and more. I have been working in retail for the past 3 years and would like to get back into the field I went to school for. I enjoy working with people it gives me a sense of accomplishment when i can help teach a child or an adult something. Its fun being able to pass on what you learned through-out life during different activities such as arts & crafts, reading, writing, or just enjoying time at the beach, going for a picnic or going to the park but also learning from them as well. You can learn something new from someone young or old, it just takes patients. I am capable of completing household tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dishes,laundry, picking up toys, preparing/cooking meals, snacks and more.
