Dee’s family is seeking a compassionate live-out elder care provider in Lawrence, Kansas. We are in need of a part-time caregiver who can assist with bathing and personal care for our loved one. Our family is offering $15 to $20.00 hourly to the right candidate, much depends on references and experience. NO AGENCY WANTED. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. WIFE IS AN RN AND HAS TRAINED MANY. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in helping elders maintain their dignity and independence while providing attentive support with bathing and personal care. We value reliability, patience, and a respectful approach in our caregivers. Patient is a 78-yr-old long-time paraplegic with neurological disorder. He experiences chronic pain that is difficult to manage. Experience in elder care and a nurturing personality are highly regarded.
