Elder Care Job in Scarborough, Ontario

My dad is William. He's 83 years old, was born in Prague, and now lives in Chartwell Guildwood Retirement home (independent living). He has various health ailments that slow down his body but his mind is still sharp. He's a kind man who likes classical music, art, and photography. I'm looking for part-time caregiver for a few hours a week to help him with companionship, medications, getting up and around his room, encouraging him to eat and attending to personal care like laundry, showering and changing. Looking for a kind and compassionate provider, preferrably female, who can foster a relationship with my dad such that he trusts your guidance and advice.
