Elder Care Job in Poway, California

I am looking for a compassionate and reliable elder care provider to do wellness checks for my mother who lives independently in a retirement community in Poway, California. She is 93 years old. . This is a live-out, very part-time position, offering personal care services. We are willing to pay $25 - $35 hourly for one hour each visit. only 2 -3 times a week to give me, her daughter, a break from daily care. Mother has progressive dementia and aggressive lymphodema, which needs to be managed daily, although she is capable of doing so herself at this point. Experience with lymphodema is a plus, but not essential. Experience with medication management is a plus, but not essential. I live close by and I make sure her medications are in order for her.
