Elder Care Job in Kennesaw, Georgia

I am looking for someone to help me with my mom in Kennesaw. I have two potential situations: Live Out Part-Time or Live In Part-Time. You must live no more than 10 miles from Kennesaw, be reliable, caring, firm (she can be difficult sometimes), and can deal with a person who has slight dementia. She requires companionship, medication administration, assistance with bathing, and meals. She goes to the lavatory alone, can feed herself, etc. I want to keep her home as long as possible. We have a very small (one person, no pets) self contained studio apartment (dorm room size) in the back of the home for a live in person. We would then talk about reduced rent/salary depending on your needs and mine. It could still be a part time situation. The live in would work really well for another elderly person who is able. If you are prone to lateness, car trouble, not showing up, excuses, do not apply. It will not work out because I do have work obligations. Thank you.
