Job Posting: Everwood Assisted Living is searching for a certified caregiver living in Phoenix, Arizona. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities, and hope to find a caregiver who is careful, kind, and warm towards senior populations. Services And Training: -Good customer service skills, the ability to be proactive, and problem solve -Patience and compassion -Ability to be flexible and accomplish tasks with innovative approaches -Experience in working with different types of people with different ability levels -Team player with ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships -Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into your efforts -Experience in providing care to residents that need physical and/or cognitive support -Comfortable to adapt quickly to the changing needs of an older adult -Open-mindedness to gain an understanding of the various forms of dementia and how residents with dementia can continue to live with purpose Qualifications: - At least 18 years of age - A current Certified Caregiver license - Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification - Current negative TB test - Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours - Ability to carry or transfer up to 50lbs with assistance - Ability to pass criminal record/background check - Be efficient and exercise good time management skills - Must be able to work well independently with little oversight - Must have a track record of top-notch organizational abilities and communication skills - Is already or is willing to test weekly against COVID-19 - Willing to attend and incorporate into your work efforts different types of training Send us a message and expect a response within 2 days.
