Elder Care Job in Victoria, British Columbia

I'm currently looking for an experienced part-time live-out elder care companion for my 92 year old gramma. She currently lives alone. She will require help being driven to appts and the grocery store. Light help around the house (e.g. changing her sheets as the mattress is too heavy to pickup). She is not on any medication and is generally in good health but unsteady on her feet and uses a walker. She cannot drive. She has signs of potentially early on dementia but not often. Monday - Friday part time.
