Require an RPN for a Paraplegic lady weekdays Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm, overnights from 8pm to 8am. Also, an RPN for weekends 9 am to 5 pm.
Care includes checking vital signs, repositioning in bed, preparing medications, dressing, transferring in and out of the bed using ceiling lift, wound dressing change, assisting in meal preparation, emptying urinary bag, manual BM, light housekeeping.
