Elder Care Job in Markham, Ontario

We are seeking a live-in Caregiver to support 3 pound adults with Special Needs. They are very busy throughout the day with their community activities. The support from the live in would be morning self-care and breakfast routine. In the evenings it would deb to support them in their evening routine and some life skills (laundry, tidying their rooms, etc.) , as well as meal preparation in a family feel environment.Throughout the week, you would work 40-45 hours and receive a full time salary. Add days are off between 9am and 3pm. You would also get 2 weeks of paid vacation per year. The live-in caregiver would have a separate room in the home. All the individuals sleep well through the night. You would be able to have one weekend out of two off. There are other support staff that come into the home to bring the individuals out and spend time with them. The families are very involved and excited for their sons/daughters move into adulthood with your support!
