JOB DESCRIPTION
•Responsible in helping clients with physical and cognitive health improvement
•Provides proper nutrition by planning and preparing meals
•Assist in bathing and toileting as needed
•Performs a variety of light housekeeping tasks
•Transport and accompany client to medical appointments and activities when needed
•Provides emotional support by providing them companionship and conversation
•Responsible for keeping a daily journal of notes, detailing the activities performed during the day.
•Provide their needs by ensuring a safe environment
•Encourage skill development
