Elder Care Job in Lebanon, Tennessee

Looking for a Part-time Elder Care Provider I'm Rachel. My father is 81 years old and has a Parkinson's-like disorder that affects his mobility and fine motor skills. He requires a walker to ambulate, cannot drive, and needs some assistance with ADLs. I'm looking for someone who would be available two days per week on average, from about 8 AM to 5 PM (these hours are somewhat flexible). He primarily needs someone there as a companion who can make sure he doesn't fall, can help him get dressed, and occasionally take him to the community pool (a 15 minute drive each way) for water aerobics in the afternoon. My father is Colombian so a bonus would be someone who is also fluent in Spanish, although he speaks perfect English so this is not a necessity. We do have a friendly dog, so his caregiver would need to be comfortable around her. We are looking to hire someone immediately. I'm offering $25.00 per hour for the right candidate.
