Elder Care Job in Fletcher, North Carolina

My name is Melanie, and I am looking for a caregiver to help my Dad. We live in Fletcher, North Carolina, and this would be a night shift (10pm-8am). I would like to hire a live-out, part-time (no more than 40 hours/week) elder care provider to provide personal care starting as soon as possible. This includes helping him with ambulation, toileting, etc. if/when he is up during the night, as well as assisting with showering/bathing, shaving, toileting, and dressing as needed between 6am and 8am. I am willing to pay $20 an hour for the right candidate. (Please note: I will actually be hiring two people in order to cover evenings for 7 days a week; this translates into a 4-day (40 hours) and 3-day (30 hours) combination.)
