Mom is 89 and trying to keep independent We have up to 12 hr shifts 7:30-7:30 Night shifts are stay awake with activities before bed, some assistance needed as she goes to bed, thru the night she may need assistance. Medication reminders. Day shifts would be helping with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, help her keep active, eat well, medication reminders, and keep safe. We need weekend commitments and long term.
