Our PAL? Companions must meet these requirements: • Trustworthy and reliable with a caring, cheerful personality • Over age 18 • Pass a complete background check including drug test • Have reliable transportation • Possess a valid driver's license w/proof of insurance • Hold a CPR Certificate, or obtain prior to employment • Be a CNA, a plus, not a requirement • Hold child care certificates, a plus, not a requirement • Have prior experience, a plus, not a requirement Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide in-home support, assistance and cheerful companionship - Duties can include meal prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, transportation to activities and appointments, medical reminders, mentoring and tutoring Benefits and Compensation: • Starting pay $10/hour • Weekly pay • Flexible scheduling options • Training and growth opportunities Making Everyday, a Better Day Join a Winning Team and Make a Difference!
