I'm an

We need a caregiver -- experienced with Dementia/Alzheimer's -- for my wife, age 75 .
Location:
Manhattan — Upper West Side.
Hours:
Saturday — 12pm until 8pm.
Tues, Thurs & Fri— 6pm until 10:30 or 11 pm.
Spanish helpful, but not essential -- it helps engage my wife to speak her childhood language.
Must be willing to work through the CDPAP Agency that is providing our Home care.
Caregiver will need:
-- Social Security
-- Photo ID
-- 2 Passport photos
-- Health Insurance
-- Physical form from Agency
-- Drug Test form from Agency
The CDPAP Agency pays $19.09/hr.
