Provided daily care for a quadriplegic client - (i.e. bathing, toileting,
oral care, shaving, skin care, dressing & hair care)
Transfer client via manual & automatic lift to & from bed, wheelchair
& commode
Range of Motion Exercises
Repositioning client to prevent pressure ulcers
Experience with catheter leg & bed bags
Assisted client with medication
Experienced in suppository & bowel movement routinely
Cooking, cleaning & on occasion grocery shopping
Assisted client with paying bills & banking needs
Accompanying client to Doctor Appointments
Observe, document, & report any physical or psychological
changes
Computer skills: MS word/Excel/PowerPoint
Provide caring support to clients family
