I'm certificated Nurse Assistant in MA . I worked before in health care field and I have lot of experience in long term and acute care care. I'm very dependable and passionate to provide a better care to the resident . My mission as Certiicaetef Nursing is to assist the resident with the activities daily living and to give emotional support to the residents . I believe the resident need to be treated with respect, according to the laws and the Policiy of the facilities . All residents need to be secure and safety in theirs place . I need to created a perfect relationship ship with the families , and team work to create a perfect place work , them I have the abilities to Solve problem. We need to register all alteration or thing happened abaut the resident and respect all resident right . I believe I'm very well at my job and I cam make positive difference to the residents, families , team work and the facilities !
