Elder Care Job in New Orleans, Louisiana

I am looking for someone close to Bayou St. John, New Orleans to work for 2 hours Monday through Friday (no holidays) and to do one weekend evening or afternoon for three hours. I will pay 18 dollars an hour during the week and 20 dollars an hour for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I won't need someone every weekend, but I will need someone at least three times a month on weekends. You will work 10-13 hours and earn a minimum of 180 and with a weekend 240 dollars a week. My mother is in hospice right now. This is her second year. She has a degenerative cerebellum. She has no useful motor skills. Her hands are contracted, her speech is almost impossible to understand and she wears diapers. The once a week that she has to defecate, she need help removing it. She eats pureed food, and I have a device that makes that rather easy. Your job would be to get her bathed and dressed and feed her breakfast, apply lipstick and her eyebrows and fix her hair. On Wednesdays you will help me wash her hair. I will train you how to use the hoyer lift if you need it. My mother is delightful and very easy going. If you have a phone addiction, please don't apply. Although my mother can't carry on a conversation I would like someone to watch tv with her while she's being fed and at least comment on what's going on. It would be easy to have a second job. The hours are 7:45-9:45 M-F. You may finish a bit earlier, but I'll still pay 18 an hour. Weekends will vary, but will generally be three hours at 20 dollars an hour.
