I have known Jasmine Parker for a little over a year as her Academic Advisor in the College of Education. She is currently a senior majoring in Rehabilitation and Disibility Studies. I am writing in enthusiastic support of Ms. Jasmine Parker and her application for employment. I have had the pleasure of having Ms. Parker in three of my courses at Auburn University during the 2017-18 school year. These courses examine the impact of disability on individuals, their families, and the community. Additionally, these courses addressed concepts, skills and knowledge of the social and psychological factors that affect the quality of life, adjustment and participation of individuals with sever disabilities along with those facing greater limitations as they age. Focus was placed on coping mechanisms; individual, familial, and cultural attitudes; and strategies that seek to facilitate human dignity, productivity and inclusion. Social and psychological factors that contribute to resiliency and minimize vulnerability were emphasized. It was evident that Jasmine was one of those students who was not only invested in what she was learning but was eager to fold those lessons into her professional practice.

I had the honor of teaching Jasmine during her education at Auburn University on the Rehabilitation and Disability Studies degree-path. I grew to know Jasmine well and became impressed with her sense-of-responsibility and ability to communicate effectively! Jasmine is hard-working and dedicated to her work and what she's passionate about. She is compassionate, caring, and ready for a challenge. I highly recommend her services, as her integrity is incredible!
