Previously employed with nightingales nursing and attendants in Florence received my training through their agency And I receive referrals through homestead hospice in Florence for private care I am certified in CPR and first aide my tuberculosis test is up-to-date Patient experience : Cerebral palsy , multiple sclerosis , Alzheimer , Dementia :onset/ Advanced /end stage , stroke , cardiac, Asia , hypoglycemic hypertension , COPD, Cancer :Lung, ovarian, Esophageal Care Experience: assist patient with daily activities such as bathing and bathroom functions grooming taking medications some light housework Meal preparation also assist with making keeping doctors appointments provide or arrange transportation most importantly serve as a companion for the patient Monitor vital signs Wound care , GI tube , transfer using Hoyer lift or Gate belt comfort medication Ref. av upon req
